Designer (AutoCAD) (No OPT or Sponsorship Available)

Role: CAD Designer specializing in site-specific equipment room layouts for medical facilities, primarily using AutoCAD, with a focus on healthcare environments. Responsibilities: produce detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams from various inputs; collaborate with Project Managers to ensure designs meet customer requirements; verify accuracy and completeness of documentation; ensure compliance with standards like NEC and ADA; perform self-checks and adhere to EHS policies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Architectural Studies/Interior Architecture or Associate degree in CAD Drafting/Construction Technology; 2+ years of design or drafting experience; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; ability to gather customer requirements. Preferred: over 3 years of relevant experience, experience with medical products and regulated industry, BIM (Revit) knowledge, ability to develop complex design concepts.
