  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and objective critique to elevate and uphold the design quality bar across LillyDirect concepts, prototypes, and the shipped product.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, brand, legal, and regulatory to deliver a cohesive, human-centered experience across the platform.
  • Articulate design decisions and rationale effectively and persuasively to a wide range of non-technical and executive-level stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs.
  • Understand when to proceed and when to pivot ideas, based on rapidly evolving circumstances and emerging insights from users or internal subject-matter experts.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional portfolio of digital design work that demonstrates excellence in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with Figma, modern user testing tools, and experience working within (or contributing to) complex design systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, possessing the ability to make complex ideas simple and consumable for a broad range of collaborators.
  • A learning and growth mindset that contributes positively to a culture of critique, collaboration, and honest reflection.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements
