Job Summary
- Drive demand and execute launch plans for dermatology medications while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets for the U.S. Incyte Dermatology business unit.

Essential Functions
- Represent in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Provide feedback on marketing tools, tactics, and the effectiveness of sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through total account management (product access, reimbursement, and on-label medical questions).
- Execute national strategies; deliver branded and disease-state sales messages and planned promotional programs.
- Demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of clinical data to external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong disease-state knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
- Create, develop, and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional counterparts and informed by local market/account knowledge.
- Collaborate with field-based stakeholders to address customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies for success.
- Consistently engage customers via in-person interactions or virtual meetings within the assigned geography, delivering scientific/clinically targeted messages to launch and grow brands.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Ability to gain consistent access and build strong professional relationships with providers.
- Documented history of successful product launches in a competitive market.
- Integrity and ability to operate within compliance guidelines.
- Results-oriented with a history of successful sales performance (metrics/feedback).
- Extensive biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, focusing on immunology or dermatology (preferred).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel (car/air/train, including overnights) as required by territory/business need.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong business planning acumen; highly organized with account management skills.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology patient access programs, market access, specialty pharmacies, and prior authorization pull-through initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and teammates to achieve common goals.
