Dermatology Territory Manager - San Antonio/Austin

The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization by developing effective relationships and partnering with physicians within a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop strong disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance requirements are met
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales)
- Bachelorโs degree
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- Customer-service urgency
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment
Territory/Location:
- Covers Corpus Christi, Texas Valley, San Antonio, and Austin; reside in The Valley or San Antonio.
Compensation:
- Flexible compensation package including a Sales Incentive Plan and a company car.
