Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan using insights to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful engagements (virtual/in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex) sales experience within last 5 years; welcomes complex sales from medical devices/diagnostics/life sciences services/insurance/consumer health/B2B.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80% and drive/fly within territory; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access/buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy/reimbursement and/or HCP medical calling.
Leveling (experience-based): Associate (4+ yrs military leadership or limited sales), TAS (2+ yrs complex specialty sales), Senior (5+ yrs), Executive (10+ yrs).
