Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to identify local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed teams; associate level may apply with limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytic problem-solver with ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (examples):
- Associate: recent military leadership (4+ years) or limited sales experience.
- Territory/Senior/Executive: 2+/5+/10+ years in complex specialty sales roles (or similar).

Driving: Essential function; unrestricted driver’s license required.

Compensation (salary range, by level): Associate $77k–$143k; Territory $93.8k–$174.2k; Senior $119.7k–$222.3k; Executive $132.3k–$245.7k.

Training: Successful completion of initial training/home study (≤8 hours/day; ≤40 hours/week) for field roles with dedicated training period.
