Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market, competitive, and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured complex sales with geographically dispersed teams; welcome related industries and Associate-level candidates with limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving ability and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Leveling Guidelines (summary):
- Associate: 4+ years leadership in US Military OR limited prior sales experience; plus strong matrix collaboration/communication.
- Territory/Senior/Executive: 2+/5+/10+ years in relevant specialty sales; strong matrix collaboration and clinical product communication.
