Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market, competitive, and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data/market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers virtually and face-to-face.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 2β10+ years (level-dependent) experience in specialty pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare and/or similarly complex sales environments (medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B); consistent success selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, ethical leadership, and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.
- Travel 60β80%; ability to drive and/or fly within territory; valid driverβs license.
Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Associate: $77,000β$143,000; Territory: $93,800β$174,200; Senior: $119,700β$222,300; Executive: $132,300β$245,700.
