Role: Lead project controls management for large-scale capital projects (β‰₯$500MM) within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on delivering manufacturing assets supporting medical innovation and supply expansion. Responsibilities: establish and oversee project control strategies, including cost, schedule, resource planning, change management, risk mitigation, and compliance with Lilly finance policies; lead and train project control teams across cross-functional and contractor groups; ensure project delivery aligns with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, finance, engineering, or related; 8+ years in project controls on industrial or manufacturing projects; experience with major capital projects, contract strategies, and project management tools like SAP, Primavera P6; strong understanding of financial concepts, risk management, and scheduling. Preferred: professional certification (e.g., PMI, AACE, RICS), proficiency with digital project tools, strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills; ability to work independently with limited supervision; willingness to travel or relocate.
