Main Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end clinical development plans with clinical/medical and global project teams; support internal governing-body approvals (platform/cross-platform).
- Obtain Health Authorities acceptance of plans from a statistical standpoint (seek Biostat Franchise Lead support as needed).
- Oversee clinical trial execution for assigned project: data capture, randomization, Statistical Analysis Plans, and analyses deliveries for primary and secondary objectives.
- Lead the most complex/priority studies; mentor team members and promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation; ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental standards.
- Communicate trial results internally; collaborate cross-functionally on scientific interpretation and strategic impact; contribute to external communication to Health Authorities.
- Accountable for statistical aspects of submissions for marketing authorization or label improvement.
About You (Qualifications)
- PhD/MS in Statistics/Biostatistics or related discipline with at least 6 years of pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven experience in clinical development or post-marketing activities (e.g., submissions, regulatory agency interactions, external stakeholder engagement).
- Broad knowledge and understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
- Demonstrated strong study management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
