Role Summary

The Department Project Analyst provides critical project management, process improvement, and operational support to the Chief Legal Officer’s (CLO) organization. This role will drive execution of complex cross-functional projects, optimize department workflows, and support key programs such as corporate giving and Political Action Committee (PAC) activities. The Project Analyst will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across the CLO organization, ensuring alignment of priorities, clear timelines, and effective execution.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, developing project plans, tracking deliverables, and escalating risks or issues as needed.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and metrics to support transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate meetings, cadences, and workstreams with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring outcomes are documented and follow-up actions completed.
  • Support design and logistics for internal and external training programs, including scheduling, materials, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide project and operational support for PAC activities, including member engagement, communications, and event planning.
  • Manage recruitment and engagement initiatives to expand PAC participation and strengthen member value.
  • Draft and distribute PAC communications to educate members on mission, activities, and events.
  • Support execution of PAC events and briefings, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation.
  • Track compliance activities and maintain required records to ensure adherence to federal and state election laws.
  • Serve as backup support for the Corporate Giving portal, ensuring requests, contracts, approvals, and payments are processed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Support governance and tracking of giving-related commitments, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or department-level project management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with proven results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across functions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing business demands.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience preferred.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) highly desirable.
