Role Summary

Perrigo is looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to manage a team of Customer Demand Planners while owning the top-down forecast for an assigned product category(ies). This role is responsible for aligning cross-functional partners on demand assumptions and ensuring a robust, data-driven forecast that supports supply, financial, and commercial planning. The ideal candidate will bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, a passion for team development, and the ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Demand Planners, providing coaching, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional growth
  • Own the top-down forecast bridge for assigned product category(ies), clearly communicating key drivers and changes through compelling, data-driven storytelling
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership through the IBP cycle to align business assumptions and risks & opportunities through our key demand drivers
  • Drive improvements through the team in forecast accuracy and bias through root cause analysis, process enhancements, external customer facing interaction, and best practice sharing
  • Support strategic planning efforts related to new product launches, supply constraints, and portfolio optimization
  • Champion the use of forecasting tools and data analytics to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles; previous leadership or people management experience encouraged
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large data sets and forecasting software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with tools such as SAP IBP or similar preferred
  • Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field required
