Job Purpose:
- Support the North America business to achieve sales performance and growth by maximizing product availability, optimizing cash & costs, and serving as a liaison between Business Units (BUs) and Manufacturing & Supply (M&S).
- Lead the market-level IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process to align stakeholders on one business plan using shared assumptions/scenarios; partner with Demand Planners to ensure accurate data.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing efficient market-level IBP processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Market Demand Planners, BUs, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and upstream production planners to align market needs/trends under one set of data with scenarios/opportunities.
- Work with Demand Planners and other Demand Leads to maintain a lean planning cycle.
- Support monthly IBP process steps: Portfolio Management; Demand Review; Supply Review; Integrated Reconciliation with Finance; MBR (Management Business Review) orchestration (minutes and follow-up actions).
- Act as IBP Ambassador for continuous improvement in IBP processes/systems/tools.
- Deliver and analyze KPI targets (Sales performance, OTIF, MAPE & SPA, Inventory targets, destructions and write-off) and improve via dashboards/reporting.
- Review inventory targets/lead times/E2E physical flows to optimize cash flow; drive supply chain initiatives and ODR (obsolescence/destructions/returns) discussions.
- Lead/participate in new product launches, line extensions, and network change projects to ensure on-time implementation without supply interruption.
- Ensure compliance with Sanofi compliance standards and support S&OE linkages to the IBP horizon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; 4+ yearsβ experience in supply chain/manufacturing.
- English proficiency.
- Experience managing the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico Demand Market.
- Experience launching new products from a supply chain perspective for North America markets.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical primary/secondary manufacturing.
- Understanding of manufacturing finances; ability to apply to supply chain improvement projects.
- Basic regulatory knowledge (asset).
- Scenario planning, risk/benefit analysis, contingency planning, problem solving.
- Strong negotiation/communication; ability to influence non-direct reports.
- SAP and Kinaxis (preferred); project management; basic financial understanding.
- Integrity, professionalism, accountability, facilitation, and relationship building.
