- Lead implementation, operational support and improvements for Global Patient Safety technology products while guiding Product Analysts and other Delivery & Operations team members.
- Intake, assess, prioritize, and validate domain specific needs/requirements, partnering with BSPs to align technology roadmaps and product priorities.
- Act tactically and think strategically; influence, guide, and mentor individuals and team.
- Own end-to-end automating reporting solution: standardize report templates, ensure validated linkages to source data, and automate submission-readiness checks.
- Harmonize narratives, data structures, and formatting rules to improve report consistency across markets and ensure scientific and regulatory compliance.
- Build relationships with key leaders, partners, and stakeholders to clarify and negotiate demands and solutions.
- Identify resourcing needs; oversee internal and vendor delivery; manage service vendor associates.
- Lead steering committee meetings, working groups, system change requests, issue management, and release management for product upgrades.
- Ensure project deliverables completion; oversee Product Analysts, Business Analysts, and other team members as applicable.
- Own end-to-end product management, including project execution oversight and capability-roadmap planning.
- Partner with Enterprise IT to customize service offerings for Global Development needs.
- Track quantifiable value delivered vs. plan; prepare consolidated operational reports summarizing savings.
- Provide oversight, quality assurance, and escalation for products within team scope.
This Role Requires
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
- 10+ years relevant experience, including product owner experience for Global Patient Safety technology solutions (e.g., Argus).
- End-to-end GxP implementations from requirements gathering through IQ and PQ execution.
- ITIL v3x / IT Service Management Framework knowledge.
- Software Development Life Cycle knowledge; agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Demonstrated technology project management, stakeholder/budget management, and collaboration.
- Experience motivating and building skills in a direct-report team; process improvement culture.
- Experience with end-to-end product launch or shutdown across multiple teams.
- Experience hiring, supervising, managing, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication; ability to indirectly influence with clear, audience-tailored messaging.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and propose technology solutions.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Global Development capabilities, processes, systems, and trends (e.g., Global Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Quality).

- Based at Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ; minimum four days onsite per week (not fully remote or hybrid).
