Delivery and Operations Product Lead – Global Patient Safety

Role: Associate Director, Product Lead for Global Patient Safety within Regeneron's Global Development IT, responsible for delivering, supporting, and enhancing technology solutions, primarily Argus, for global safety operations. Responsibilities: lead implementation and continuous improvement of safety tech products, manage cross-functional teams including Product and Business Analysts, oversee vendor and internal deliverables, prioritize and validate technical needs, and steer project life cycles from requirements to deployment; maintain compliance, develop automated reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity and standardization across regions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years' experience in global safety technology solutions, with hands-on product ownership and GxP implementation expertise; strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, agile tools (Jira, Confluence); proven project, stakeholder, and team management skills. High-Value: extensive experience with GxP-compliant safety systems (e.g., Argus), end-to-end product lifecycle management, and multi-regional global safety operations. Collaboration: partners with Global Safety, IT, and vendors; reports to senior leadership. Work Setup: based in Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ, with a minimum of four days onsite; not open to remote or hybrid arrangements.
