Accountabilities
- Manage the digital dexterity pipeline.
- Operate the platform-signal pipeline and standing cadence with DD (briefings for upcoming platform/tool changes and roadmap timing).
- Lead SME contributions to the Change Impact Assessment (CIA): classify impact (high/medium/low), advise enablement responses, and recommend timelines/resource needs.
- Serve as the technical accuracy gate for platform-specific DD assets (validate “how it works at Takeda” guidance), maintain FAQs/known issues, and define approved guardrails/practices.
- Sign off on technical content prior to publish to reduce learner confusion and rework.
- Own delivery of high-credibility enablement moments (demos, office hours, tech-update sessions, SME Q&A) and SME staffing for DD Live/regional events.
- Develop reusable delivery playbooks (runbooks, demo scripts, SME briefing notes) and ensure consistent quality across regions.
- Manage and grow the SME roster (Platform & Tool SMEs, enablement specialists): scheduling, SLAs, rotation plans, and capacity forecasting.
- Ensure coverage for champions calls/office hours/local activations; coordinate SME handoffs with the Product Owner and Program Manager.
- Translate technical change signals into actionable inputs for DD Product Owner and Instructional Designers (scope, delivery formats, localization).
- Ensure clear acceptance criteria and sign-offs for tool-specific learning assets.
- Liaise with platform/product owners (e.g., DPE, Microsoft product owners) to negotiate SME access/influence over timelines.
- Partner with Change Enablement (message sequencing) and Reporting & Measurement (correct interpretation of telemetry/usage).
- Maintain a “technical accuracy” living register (known issues/workarounds) and incorporate feedback from Champions and regional delivery.
- Drive post-release reviews for major launches and adapt SME playbooks to minimize recurring issues.
- Stay current on digital and emerging technologies/trends.
- Support other Learning & Development team activities as needed.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); Master’s preferred.

- Demonstrated experience managing SMEs and coordinating enterprise-scale enablement (large launches, multi-region events, enterprise rollouts).
- Strong stakeholder management/negotiation with product/platform teams; experience establishing SLAs and managing cross-functional dependencies.
