Job Description ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the digital dexterity pipeline Operate the platform-signal pipeline and standing cadence with DD (regular briefings for upcoming platform/tool changes and roadmap timing). Lead SME contributions to the Change Impact Assessment (CIA): classify impact (high/medium/low), advise on appropriate enablement responses, and recommend timelines and resource needs. Serve as the technical accuracy gate for platform-specific DD assets: validate âhow it works at Takedaâ guidance, maintain FAQs/known-issues, and define practical guardrails and approved practices. Sign off on technical content prior to publish to reduce learner confusion and rework. Own delivery of high-credibility enablement moments: demos, office hours, tech-update sessions, SME Q&A, and SME staffing for DD Live/regional events. Develop reusable delivery playbooks (runbooks, demo scripts, SME briefing notes) and ensure enablement is consistently high quality across regions. Manage and grow the SME roster (Platform & Tool SMEs, enablement specialists), including scheduling, SLAs, rotation plans, and capacity forecasting for launches and sustainment. Ensure coverage for champions calls, office hours and local activations, and coordinate SME handoffs with the Product Owner and Program Manager. Translate technical change signals into actionable inputs for the DD Product Owner and Instructional Designers (e.g., scope of work, recommended delivery formats, localization considerations). Ensure clear acceptance criteria and sign-offs for tool-specific learning assets. Act as the primary liaison to platform/product owners (DPE, Microsoft product owners, etc.), negotiating SME access and influence over timelines. Work closely with Change Enablement to sequence messages and with Reporting & Measurement to ensure telemetry/usage is interpreted correctly. Maintain a âtechnical accuracyâ living register (known issues, workarounds) and incorporate feedback loops from Champions and regional delivery into improvements. Drive post-release reviews for major launches and adapt SME playbooks to minimize recurring issues Remain current on digital and emerging technologies and trends. As a member of the Learning & Development team support other team activities as needed All other duties reasonably required of the position EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Masterâs degree preferred Minimum 7 years experience in platform/product enablement, technical training, digital workplace operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise adoption. Demonstrated experience managing SMEs and coordinating enterprise-scale enablement (large launches, multi-region events, or enterprise rollouts). Strong stakeholder management and negotiation experience with product/platform teams; experience establishing SLAs and managing cross-functional dependencies. Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint) and an appreciation for AI/agentic tooling (Copilot/myAibou). Proven ability to create runbooks, knowledge bases, and repeatable delivery playbooks. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and translating strategy into operational plans. For Location: Cambridge, MA U.S. Base Salary Range: $154,400.00 - $242,550.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
