POSITION: DD&T Customer 360 Product Owner (Exton, PA)
Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement Customer 360 product strategic engagement vision using data, digital, and technology.
- Partner with U.S. commercial stakeholders to understand customer engagement strategies and tactics.
- Launch and scale the USBU Customer 360 Data Product (integrated interaction view) for USBU and enterprise consumers.
- Own engagement data across the company ecosystem; enforce operating model across external providers and internal owners.
- Improve and deliver trusted, high-quality customer data for execution and analytics.
- Implement and operate data quality processes; identify and resolve issues.
- Govern interaction data across data domains using common frameworks/patterns/tools.
- Serve as central point of contact for data consumers.
- Support Insights & Analytics teams; partner with Next Generation Engagement on omnichannel strategy.
- Collaborate with Enterprise SMEs and Data/Digital/Technology teams to exploit customer data opportunities.
- Work with change management SMEs to develop training/communication materials.
Requirements (Qualifications/Skills):
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field + 4 years related experience.
- Experience implementing HCP 360 (HCP Master) oncology solution using IQVIA Claims, customer, product/sales/activity (Veeva), and marketing data with Python, PySpark, AWS, and Dataiku.
- Experience building HCP omnichannel digital engagement solutions (data engineering/ML pipelines) using Veeva, Adobe, Google Analytics, banner ads, emails, media, and social.
- Data quality checks, reporting for ML model monitoring, and automation to optimize omnichannel products.
- Experience with pharma contracting/chargeback-rebate/price reporting support; working with Model N.
- Ability to design/develop interfaces, backend systems, data models, and data warehouse reporting using Informatica, Oracle, Tableau, and Python.
- Experience in life sciences/healthcare/pharma commercial domain.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Full-time; $153,600 to $263,300 per year; competitive compensation and benefits.
