Role Summary

DD&T Customer 360 Product Owner located in Exton, PA. Responsible for shaping and implementing Customer 360 product strategic engagement vision across U.S. stakeholders leveraging data, digital, and technology to deliver according with the company’s value creation framework. Partner with commercial stakeholders across USBU to understand engagement strategies and tactics and develop a strategy for launching and scaling the USBU Customer 360 Data Product.

Responsibilities

  • Shaping and implementing Customer 360 product strategic engagement vision across U.S. stakeholders
  • Partnering with commercial stakeholders across all U.S. business units to understand engagement strategies and tactics
  • Developing and implementing a strategy for launching and scaling the USBU Customer 360 Data Product
  • Ensuring engagement data is integrated and accessible to USBU and enterprise consumers
  • Owning data quality, governance, and operating model with internal and external providers
  • Proactively improving and delivering trusted, high-quality customer data to consuming systems for execution and analytics
  • Managing data quality operations and establishing confidence and awareness among data consumers
  • Governing interaction data across data domains using common frameworks and tools
  • Serving as the central point of contact to data consumers and supporting Insights & Analytics teams as data product customers
  • Collaborating on omnichannel strategies and tactic enablement with Next Generation Engagement
  • Working with Enterprise SMEs to exploit innovative customer data opportunities
  • Developing clear training or communication materials with change management SMEs

Qualifications

  • Required: Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field, plus 4 years of related experience
  • Required: Experience implementing HCP 360 (HCP Master) solutions for Oncology brands by integrating pharma datasets (IQVIA Claims, Customer, Product, Sales, Activity, marketing data) using Python, PySpark, AWS Cloud and Dataiku
  • Required: Experience building data engineering & machine learning pipelines for omnichannel digital engagement data (Veeva, Adobe, Google Analytics, Banner Ads, Emails, media, social)
  • Required: Experience with data quality checks, monitoring data trends for ML models, and automation strategies to optimize omnichannel solutions
  • Required: Collaboration with pharma commercial teams, vendors, and product teams (Model N) for contracting, chargeback/rebate processing, and price reporting
  • Required: Ability to work with Model N product team to enhance platform, address issues, and prioritize features using agile/waterfall methodologies
  • Required: Designing and developing front-end interfaces, backend systems, data models, and data warehouse reporting solutions using Informatica, Oracle, Tableau, and Python
  • Required: Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma commercial domain
