Role Summary:
You will program high-quality clinical databases and support assigned segments of the Pfizer portfolio. Responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases to ensure clinical data integrity and consistent standards for asset/submission data.

Role Responsibilities:
- Work with department roles and cross-functional study teams to create data capture solutions that support quality and timely delivery per standards and study-specific data review plans.
- Comply with applicable SOPs and work practices.
- Learn Pfizer database technologies.
- Develop knowledge of data capture tools and methods to support accuracy and integrity of study data.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- 1+ year relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO/Regulatory Agency focused on data collection and assimilation solutions.
- Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, SAS, Java, and relational database design.
- Database programming skills.
- Strong written/verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle InForm, Oracle DMW, MS SQL Server, MS Access).
- Understanding of drug development process and clinical trial data operations (data review, study reports, regulatory submissions, safety updates).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards.

Work Location:
- On-site ~2.5 days/week; live within commuting distance.

Compensation & Benefits (U.S.):
- Base salary range: $68,600–$114,300; bonus target 7.5% of base; comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match, retirement contribution, paid time off, leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
