Data Strategy Lead - Hybrid

Role: Lead Data Strategy and Operations for clinical study start-up, serving as a domain expert and cross-functional partner responsible for all data-related deliverables from protocol development to system go-live. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end data management, ensure data standards, strategies, and regulatory compliance, and optimize processes through project management and analytics; influence study teams through data-driven guidance, lead innovation initiatives, and coach team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, management info systems, or related field; 6+ years in pharma/clinical research/data management or 8+ years in project management; deep understanding of clinical trial processes, clinical technology, and regulatory standards; proven leadership and influencing skills; effective communication and analytical capabilities.
