Data Strategy Lead - Hybrid

Role: The CDSO Data Strategy Lead is a study start-up domain expert responsible for managing all data-related deliverables from protocol development to system go-live in clinical trials. Objectives include ensuring data strategies, standards, and technologies are integrated into clinical plans, and translating complex data concepts into actionable guidance for study teams. Responsibilities encompass leading end-to-end data management during start-up, cross-functional collaboration, risk oversight, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. The role involves influencing without authority, mentoring team members, and driving innovation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, management info systems, or related; 6+ years pharma/clinical research/data management experience or 8+ years project management background; strong understanding of clinical trial processes, clinical technology, and GCP/ICH standards; experience leading clinical trial start-up. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, prior management of clinical trials, and proven leadership in matrix environments.
