Data Strategy Lead - Hybrid

Role: Lead Data Strategy and Operations for clinical study start-up within AbbVie's CDSO team, specializing in data-related deliverables from protocol development through system go-live. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end data management workflows, ensure consistency in data strategies, standards, and surveillance approaches across studies, and translate complex data concepts into actionable guidance for study teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration, optimize project execution using analytics and project management tools, and ensure compliance with regulations, GCPs, ICH guidelines, and company SOPs. Mentor team members, drive process improvements, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, business, or related field; 6+ years of pharma/clinical research/data management experience or 8+ years project management. Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, clinical technology, and management of clinical trials from initiation to completion preferred. Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and effective communication essential. High-Value: focus on study start-up, clinical trial data systems, GxP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: hybrid role (3 days onsite).
