Data Scientist

Role: Data Scientist supporting biotherapeutics process development, focusing on data integration, visualization, and modeling to enhance decision-making. Responsibilities: develop workflows consolidating multi-source process data; create dashboards for trend analysis; build statistical and predictive models; analyze complex datasets independently and communicate insights; collaborate with scientific teams on data needs and analysis approaches; troubleshoot technical issues; serve as a resource and trainer for data tools; participate in external collaborations. Requirements: Bachelor's with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD in Data Science or related field; extensive experience with data integration, visualization, and modeling; familiarity with biopharmaceutical process data and laboratory or manufacturing systems; strong analytical, communication, and team support skills.
