Data Science Program Lead II

Role: Clinical Data Strategy and Operations (CDSO) Lead or Clinical Data Scientist (CDS) serving as a data management domain expert and strategic partner in clinical trials. Responsibilities: own data collection, cleaning, and database lock strategies; lead risk-based data review and monitoring; interpret clinical data and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize study execution, quality, and compliance; manage data flow through EDC to SDTM, collaborate with tech teams, and perform analytics for operational insights; ensure adherence to GxP, GCP, ICH guidelines; influence cross-functional teams; drive process improvements; mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, IT, or related; 6+ years pharma/clinical research/data management experience or 8+ years project management; deep understanding of clinical trial processes, clinical data technologies, and regulatory standards; proven leadership, influence, communication, and analytical skills.
