We are currently recruiting for a Data & Process Governance Lead to be located in West Chester, PA or New Brunswick, NJ.

Position Summary

The Data & Process Governance Lead will be responsible for overseeing data quality initiatives, managing data governance processes, and ensuring the integrity of data throughout the organization. This role will require a proactive approach to identify and resolve data quality issues while collaborating with various departments to enhance data workflows. This position will play a key role in utilizing new and evolving solutions aimed at improving data quality related to forecasts, orders, master data, and helping drive service and cash flow targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
  • Monitor, assess, and improve data quality metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead data validation and cleansing efforts utilizing SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with IT, data analysts, and business stakeholders to establish data process and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data quality tools and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and findings.
  • Generate reports and visualize data quality trends using Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in health care industry and supply chain management
  • Proven experience in data management and quality assurance, particularly with SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a role within data quality or data governance.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and query languages (SQL).
  • Certification in data management or quality assurance is a plus.
