Role: Data Management Manager, Endocrinology, supporting Neurocrine's endocrinology franchise within the commercial data ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading data projects, integrating VYKAT XR, managing data vendors and contracts, ensuring data quality, performing impact assessments, and developing data governance policies. The role requires partnering with Commercial Analytics and Operations to optimize data processes, addressing complex data issues, and improving data tools and controls. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position involves cross-functional collaboration across commercial teams, with a focus on maintaining reliable, scalable data capabilities to support marketing and commercial insights.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math) with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial operations and data management; a Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience preferred. Expertise in commercial data management (3+ years), familiarity with biopharma data sources like IQVIA, patient claims, and digital marketing data is essential. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Databricks is required. Strong project management, communication skills, and experience handling patient-level data in compliance with HIPAA are needed.
