Clinical Research and Development
Hybrid (3 days/week onsite).
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and own the data strategy for the assigned therapeutic area; align initiatives with brand goals, KPIs, and operational priorities.
- Serve as accountable owner for therapeutic area data products and business impact.
- Oversee full lifecycle of data products supporting commercial operations (e.g., HCP segmentation, targeting models, field dashboards, campaign analytics).
- Ensure data products are discoverable, trustworthy, usable; apply product thinking (ownership, SLAs, support).
- Define/enforce business rules, definitions, and quality standards; collaborate on federated governance; ensure regulatory compliance with Legal/Compliance.
- Monitor/improve data quality, completeness, timeliness; lead stewardship (issue resolution, root cause analysis, continuous improvement) and report data quality metrics.
- Partner with Digital on infrastructure/pipelines/platforms; collaborate with analytics for modeling/forecasting/targeting/ROI.
- Ensure metadata, lineage, and usage documentation; maintain/contribute to data catalogs/discovery platforms.
- Train teams to enable data literacy; promote data-driven decision-making.
- Track/report business impact; use feedback loops to refine products/governance.
- Manage domain-level budgets, vendors, tools, and staffing; advocate for resources.

Required Qualifications:
- BS in Life Sciences/Data Science/Business or related; 7+ years in life-sciences commercial data management/analytics/operations; data mesh/domain-oriented architecture experience; strong background in life-sciences commercial data assets/operations.
