Data Architect

Role: Lead enterprise data architecture development at Novocure, focusing on designing scalable, secure, and integrated data solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Veeva platforms, cloud services, and analytics environments to enable business operations, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities: define architecture strategy and roadmap, develop data models and integration standards, lead data governance and quality initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise-wide digital transformation, AI, and innovation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; 8+ years in data architecture, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, data modeling, governance, and integration; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), SaaS, and middleware solutions; proven ability to lead complex data projects in regulated industries such as pharma or biotech. Preferred: experience building enterprise data architectures from scratch, familiarity with SAP Data Services and Veeva Vault, exposure to API-driven, event-driven, and AI-ready data platforms, and knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA compliance. Work setup: hybrid model based in Wayne, PA or Portsmouth, NH, with occasional domestic/international travel.
