Responsibilities

  • Evolve and promote our enterprise data model with unified standards, and integration protocols, ensuring scalability and interoperability across the organization
  • Partner with Business Operations Transformation stakeholders to meet functional and analytical requirements
  • Communicate and socialize the Data Mesh principles, to both technical and business stakeholders, fostering organizational buy-in
  • Design data-sharing patterns to facilitate efficient, scalable, and flexible data exchange across systems, minimizing dependencies and enabling independent evolution of data-producing and data-consuming applications
  • Collaborate on implementing data access and data stewardship frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and adherence to governance policies
  • Stay informed about advancements in data architecture and decentralized data management, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s data capabilities
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture

Qualifications

  • 7+ years proven experience in enterprise data architecture and engineering
  • Experience with Snowflake required
  • Expertise in Data and AI, including data engineering, data architecture, master data management, data lakes and warehouses, data visualization, AI and machine learning
  • Strong understanding of Data Mesh principles
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., Informatica), API protocols (REST, GraphQL)
  • Knowledge of governance platforms, metadata management, and data cataloging
  • Agile methodology experience (Jira, Confluence)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
