Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for the Data Technology Team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and ship new features.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage (tools equivalent to Databricks).
- Ensure data quality/integrity with testing and validation; apply Intelligent Automation for dev/test/release.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and meet SLAs.
- Lead proof of concepts and minimal viable products; automate data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
- Present results and insights to senior leaders; use visualization/dashboarding.
- Ensure GEN AI outputs follow legal/Compliance/IT rules.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years relevant industry experience.
- Bachelorโ€™s (or equivalent), preferably STEM/CS/Engineering/Data Science; Masterโ€™s preferred.
- LLM/generative AI familiarity; practical experience calling LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic) and integrating into apps.
- Agentic architecture basics (planners, executors, tool use, memory, feedback loops) and hands-on agent workflows (e.g., LangChain/LlamaIndex/Haystack).
- Prompt engineering for multi-step tasks; understand agent failure modes and mitigation (validation/guardrails).
- Big data/data pipelining, ML, intermediate software development + automation; Python; data modeling/ETL/warehousing.
- Experience with Databricks & Lakehouse (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, DLT) and cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
