Data Analytics Leader

Role: Lead data analytics initiatives for GE Healthcare's Magnetic Resonance (MR) segment, focusing on transforming delivery and installation processes through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: oversee data analysis projects, develop key metrics and predictive models to improve visibility, efficiency, and operational performance; promote data transparency and build scalable forecasting frameworks; collaborate with regional and segment leaders to align analytics with strategic objectives and facilitate cross-functional decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or related field; 3+ years of experience in data analytics, automation with Power Automate and Microsoft Scripts, and building AI agents; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to manage large projects and navigate complex challenges; travel up to 25%. Preferred: Master’s degree and 5+ years in BI, statistical analysis, or similar roles; proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and forecasting techniques; experience supporting operational transformation through data insights.
