In this role, you will architect and deliver impactful digital and security learning experiences that elevate awareness and drive proactive behavior across Moderna. You will operate at the intersection of training strategy, communication, and technology, owning the full lifecycle of learning enablement programs. As a sole contributor, you will shape how Moderna employees engage with digital best practices, leveraging modern tools—including emerging generative AI capabilities—to scale learning impact. Here's What You'll Do: Contribute to the enablement strategy, including planning, execution, and regular KPI-driven reporting Develop innovative, multi-channel security and digital training courseware across diverse learning modalities Own and prioritize a backlog of training and enablement initiatives for the Digital team Configure and manage on-demand courses via Microsoft Defender and LMS platforms, including course creation and content uploads (videos, workbooks, etc.) Design structured learning paths, curricula, and certification programs aligned to different employee roles and business functions Create onboarding and off-boarding training materials focused on security and digital best practices Configure and execute targeted training campaigns and phishing simulation campaigns to drive awareness and behavioral change Draft clear, engaging communications for users and managers regarding training assignments, deadlines, and compliance requirements Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and continuously enhancing learning experiences Provide direct user support by addressing LMS-related questions and proactively communicating solutions Facilitate training kickoff sessions, manage milestones, and communicate progress or blockers to ensure timely delivery Manage multiple Digital-focused Simpplr sites, creating high-quality internal communications such as blogs and newsletters Support live training sessions, including those with on-demand components Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS administration, troubleshooting, and optimization Generate reports, track learning effectiveness, and continuously improve programs using data insights Leverage advanced digital tools, including generative AI, to enhance content creation, personalization, and scalability of learning experiences Execute additional tasks as required to support Digital Core Governance, Risk, and Compliance objectives The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role: “We obsess over learning.
