Cyber Compliance Oversight Manager

Role: Cyber Compliance Oversight Manager responsible for managing the cybersecurity compliance program through oversight of a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Objectives include ensuring effective delivery of cybersecurity compliance services, maintaining regulatory alignment, and strengthening the organization's compliance posture. Responsibilities encompass reviewing MSP outputs, monitoring performance against SLAs/KPIs, conducting control assessments, overseeing compliance monitoring, and coordinating with internal audit and leadership reporting. Core skills include strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration abilities, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory understanding. Required qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Management and 5+ years in cyber compliance operations within private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred skills include deep cybersecurity knowledge, familiarity with standards like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM. The role involves on-site work in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX, with up to 10% domestic/international travel. The position emphasizes GxP, regulatory, and control framework expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk assessment in cybersecurity compliance for a biopharma-relevant environment.
