Role: Cyber Client Service Technician (CCST) serving as the primary cybersecurity liaison for GE HealthCare's medical devices, including imaging, biomed, and life-critical systems. Responsibilities: troubleshoot, install, and maintain device cybersecurity; collaborate with device manufacturers and customer IT/security teams to implement security policies; evaluate and remediate complex security issues; support imaging and life-critical modality equipment; manage device security incidents from detection to resolution; maintain communication with customers and internal teams; ensure documentation and adherence to security policies; identify business opportunities and participate in sales activities; provide basic training on security protocols. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related field; minimum 2 years experience in cyber-security or IT networking; or military experience with similar background; or High School diploma with 4+ years relevant experience. Additional skills: strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service; valid driverβs license; familiarity with web applications and security tools. Preferred qualifications include clinical device security expertise, experience with imaging equipment, and knowledge of hospital IT/security collaboration. The role involves on-site support within the Hampton Roads VA area and remote work, requiring mobility and physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
