Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance representatives’ skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and people-related processes to ensure continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned to organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% (may include occasional overnight stays) to support team and customer engagement.

Qualifications And Attributes:
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset, agility, trust, and openness.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly to adapt customer engagement models.
- Customer-focused mindset with active listening and relationship building.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in Cardiovascular.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (providers, EHR, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coaching experience for Managed Care environments; partner with IDN and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient in business analytics/technology to generate insights and coach strategy execution.

Required Skills And Experience:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) + at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care (Pharmaceutical industry).
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills And Experience:
- MBA or MS; 3+ years with thought leaders/influential customers (practices, hospitals, managed care).
- Field Sales Management experience; strong analytics/coaching.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device; strong customer networks.
