Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance Customer Representatives’ skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team to support continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% of the time to support team and customer engagement activities (may require occasional overnight stays).

Qualifications & Attributes:
- Proven ability to cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably with Cardiovascular therapeutic area experience).
- Demonstrated leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and trust-building.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity; communicate clearly to adapt customer engagement models in Cardiovascular and beyond.
- Customer-focused mindset; actively listen to understand objectives and build relationships.
- Expertise in account planning and management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building relationships with key accounts/customers in the Cardiovascular sector.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (prescription processes, EHRs, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Experience coaching sales professionals in Managed Care environments; partner with IDNs and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading successful product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficient in leveraging business analytics/technology to generate insights and execute plans; coach teams to use these tools.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- MBA or MS in Science/Business/Healthcare.
- At least 3 years’ experience with key thought leaders or influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
- Field Sales Management experience; proven ability to lead/coach sales teams (preferably Cardiovascular).
- Analytical mindset; experience using tools/technology to gather customer insights.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
- Ability to establish and maintain customer relationship networks.
