Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Representatives to deliver strong sales performance by identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Coach and guide Customer Representatives to improve skills and effectiveness.
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes to support continuous development and optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer team aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Travel at least 15% to support team and customer engagement activities (may include occasional overnight stays; details discussed in interview).

Qualifications & Attributes:
- Proven ability to build a high-performing, motivated sales team culture (preferably Cardiovascular therapeutic area).
- Strong leadership using situational coaching and emotional intelligence; growth mindset and ability to foster trust during change.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt customer engagement models with clear, transparent communication.
- Customer-focused mindset; active listening and relationship building.
- Expertise in account planning/management with cross-functional collaboration.
- Cardiovascular key account/customer relationship experience.
- Solid understanding of Rx Pathways (provider prescription processes, EHRs, pharmacies, benefit design, prior authorization).
- Coaching experience in Managed Care environments; partner with IDNs and Account Management teams.
- Track record leading product launch teams in competitive markets.
- Proficiency using business analytics/technology to generate insights and coach team execution.

Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS and at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- MBA or MS (Science/Business/Healthcare).
- 3+ years working with key thought leaders/influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care.
- Field Sales Management and Cardiovascular sales leadership experience.
- Experience selling/leading teams in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industries.
- Strong customer relationship/network-building skills.
