Operations
Responsible for supervising warehouses supporting distribution, manufacturing, or site services such as MRO or delivery services in Lake County. Ensure routine activities meet Manager expectations and may manage medium projects within the area. Ensure facilities meet external or internal customer expectations. Maintain Quality, Regulatory, Financial, and Global Trade compliance expectations for the area; ensure full compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, TSA, and other regulatory expectations. Maintain efficient, compliant operations for internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Maintain a safe and secure facility ensuring employee safety and product integrity. Meet assigned goals and KPIs and ensure capacity, systems, and technology support the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure area compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and execute problem-solving with minimal supervision
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly assignments are completed per schedule
- Train direct reports and complete formal written/verbal performance reviews as scheduled
- Monitor daily work operations and provide direction to supervisors/group leaders/staff to achieve unit/department goals
- Interact with internal/external customers by meeting regularly, responding to requests, and explaining procedures
- Develop work schedules based on priorities, workload, and available resources
- Maintain personnel records and update databases to reflect actual changes
- Identify/develop new work processes; improve utilization of human/material resources; support continuous improvement; investigate/solve basic problems impacting work processes and personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years related experience, or equivalent education/work combination
- 5+ years supervisory or relevant experience
- Required to attain Controlled Drug Agent status via security screening and training (department-dependent)
- Ability to read and understand procedures written in English
