Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Open)

Role: Performpheresis donor collection procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, donor safety, and accurate data recording. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and environment; monitor and respond to alarms and donor reactions; disconnect donors post-procedure; document incidents and donor information via PDA; maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality; support hyper immune programs if applicable; and may be cross-trained in other areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience in medical or health-related environment or equivalent education; basic math skills.
