Customer Service - Donor Support Technician (Open)

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing, monitoring, and completing the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining accurate data records. Responsibilities: prepare donor, equipment, and environment; monitor donors and equipment during the procedure; respond to alarms and adverse reactions; record incidents and donor data in electronic systems; ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, and confidentiality policies; maintain supply inventory and cleanliness; may be cross-trained and bilingual if needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months’ experience, preferably in healthcare or related settings; basic math skills.
