Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Donorpheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process to collect blood components, ensuring donor safety and process efficiency. Responsibilities: set up donor areas and equipment, monitor donors and machines during procedures, respond to alarms, document incidents and donor data accurately in electronic systems, and maintain a clean, safe work environment following HSE and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience in medical or health settings or related education; basic math skills; bilingual skills may be preferred.
