Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support the pheresis process by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and ensuring accurate data recording. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, observe donor reactions, document incidents via PDA linking equipment and donor data, maintain a clean work environment, ensure supply availability, and adhere to safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; capable of basic math; able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. High-Value: blood/plasma pheresis procedures, donor management, equipment operation, safety compliance, and data recording. Work Setup: physically demanding with standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to hazardous substances; overtime may be required; bilingual skills may be preferred.
