Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Supportpheresis operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donors, and recording process data. Responsibilities: ensure proper setup of the autopheresis machine, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, monitor donor reactions, document incidents and equipment linkage via PDA, maintain a clean environment, and ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months’ experience, preferably in medical or health settings; basic math skills; manual dexterity; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds; understanding of safety protocols.
