Customer Service-Donor Support Technician

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring donor pheresis procedures, ensuring process accuracy, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities: set up donor, equipment, and supplies; monitor donors during pheresis, respond to alarms, and disconnect donors post-procedure; record incident reports and donor data in electronic systems; maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies; may be cross-trained and bilingual. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of healthcare or related experience; capable of performing basic math; understanding of blood donation procedures.
