Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing and monitoring the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety, and maintaining accurate data records. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and environment; monitor donors and machine alerts; respond to adverse reactions; record incidents via PDA linked to donor info; ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE, OSHA policies; maintain confidentiality; potentially cross-train in other areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least three months’ experience, preferably in a medical or health setting; basic math skills.
