Role: Supportpheresis operations by preparing equipment, monitoring donor and process, and ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately using PDA, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety policies. Collaborate with team members and notify supervisors of flow issues; may be cross-trained and bilingual skills may be required. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 monthsβ experience in medical or health environment or related education; basic math skills. HighValue: blood/plasma pheresis procedures, donor safety monitoring, electronic recordkeeping, OSHA/HSE compliance, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous setting.
