Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data accurately in electronic systems, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 monthsβ experience in a healthcare or related environment; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and observe safety procedures. High-Value: involves blood component collection, pheresis procedures, donor safety monitoring, and use of PDA for data management; work environment includes exposure to hazardous chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and physical demands like lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and extended hours. Collaboration: reports to Assistant Center Manager; may be cross-trained in other areas. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with potential for overtime and extended hours.
