Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring the process, and ensuring safety and data accuracy. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, monitor donors and respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, record incidents and donor data via PDA, alert supervisors to flow issues, maintain a clean environment, and comply with safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months' experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields; basic math skills.
