Role: Support pheresis procedures by preparing equipment and monitoring donor and process. Responsibilities: set up autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, disconnect donors post-procedure, document incidents and equipment linkages via PDA, ensure data accuracy, maintain a safe and clean environment, and follow safety and confidentiality protocols. May assist in other areas and require bilingual skills if needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of medical or health-related experience, with basic math skills. Experience in blood donation or healthcare preferred. High-value: role involves blood collection, pheresis processes, donor safety monitoring, and compliance with HSE/OSHA standards. Work setup: physical, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions; requires standing, walking, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds; extended hours and overtime may be necessary.
